This method is suitable to determine arsenic, cadmium, copper, iron and lead in white sugar.
The method incorporates a range of instrumental procedures (after solubilising the sample), such as Flame-AAS, GFAAS, ICP-MS, providing it is capable of meeting the criteria for valid measurement.
