We are pleased to invite you to the second Berlin Symposium on Sugar Technology from 27th to 28th of March 2025 at the TU Berlin. The event is organized by the Department of Food Process Engineering of the TU Berlin in cooperation with Bartens Verlag and the Stiftung der Zuckerindustrie. The symposium is supposed to provide a forum for exchange and dialogue by bringing together scientists and technologists from academia and industry. At the same time, it is intended to be an inspiration for young scientists and technologists. We request the submission of presentation titles on the following topics:
