In line with the tradition of the Berlin Sugar Institute, the Department of Food Process Engineering of the TU Berlin is pleased to announce a 1-day scientific Symposium on Sugar Technology. The aim of the meeting is to bring scientists and technologists from academia and industry together and create an opportunity for dialogue and discussions. The symposium should be a stage for exchange, challenges and stimulus for cooperation while being an inspiration to the junior researchers and technologists. We are looking forward to welcome you in Berlin for an exciting Sugar Symposium on 31st of March 2023.
One day before the symposium, on the evening of 30th of March, we will organise a get-together in a restaurant (self-payment). Don’t forget to sign up for this during the registration process.
