The mannitol analyzer has proven to be a reliable tool for determining mannitol in both raw juice and tarehouse juice. The analyzer enables rapid and userfriendly measurements. No correlation was found between glucose and mannitol contents in tarehouse juice. A dedicated calibration model is required for tarehouse.
