Education of Hellenic Sugar Industry technicians in the area of energy usage with computer programs

The significance, the aim and the content of the education of Hellenic Sugar Industry technicians in the area of energy by the application of computer programs is described. The software training program using computers was prepared by the french firm, ASFORIS. The whole seminar lasted for 20 working days.The teaching principles of this program are described. The manuals for the trainees and the teachers were translated into Greek from the French originals.
