HT-350 mobile meter: humidity and temperature measurement directly at the oven

Air humidity and temperature are two important environmental parameters which have a considerable effect on product quality and the amount of energy put into baking processes. At high temperatures, many methods and devices fail precisely in the measurement of the air humidity within the manufacturing process. The HT-350 hygrometer offers a device specifically designed for measurements in environments of up to 350 °C. Air humidity, melting point temperature and operating temperature are registered right where the production process takes place within the oven, through which the HT-350 passes on the same route as the dough.
