The question of calculation of crystal contents in massecuites

It is shown that existing equations for calculation of the contents of crystal mass in massecuites do not take into account the presence of nonsugars in the sucrose crystals. In order to eliminate an error that arises thereby, equations are proposed which take into account the purity of crystal sugar.
