ISSCT postpones XXXI Congress to February 2023

The XXXI Congress of the International Society of Sugar Cane Technologists (ISSCT) scheduled in India in December 2022 will be held in February 2023 instead. The Congress will take place from February 20-23 in Hyderabad (Telangana). A pre-congress tour will be organized on February 17-18 and a post-congress tour on February 24-28. The format of the Congress will combine conventional sessions (two days) with sectional workshops (two days). The call for the papers and posters for presentation at the Congress will be sent out by the ISSCT Editor in early 2022.

ISSCT announced that no conventional in-person workshops will be held prior to the Congress. However, a schedule of webinars on specific and enticing themes with hybrid attendance and online virtual participation will be circulated in early 2022. Attendance at these events will be restricted to current ISSCT members, i.e. those who have paid their membership dues for the period 2019-2022.
